Catering Options

We are so much more than just BBQ, starting in 2023 we now offer our clients items like Burger Menus, Pizza Menus, Grilled Sandwiches, Deep Fried items, Baked Goods, Mac and Cheese Menus, Bowl Menus, Potato Bars, etc..  We are a complete "Kitchen on Wheels"  take advantage of our possibilities!   

Are you looking for a break from the usual catering services? We have what you need. We provide catering services for all your needs. From birthday, graduation, retirement, office parties, corporate event, holiday get togethers, wedding showers, rehearsal and wedding dinners and everything else you can imagine having BBQ for. 

You can choose from a pick up, full service delivery or full service trailer on site services. 

Pricing and options available will be determined based on your menu. 

Perfect for your smaller gatherings.  Food would be prepared in Sherwood and ready for you to pick up.  All items will be placed in disposable pans and included in your pricing.  In addition you can add buns, bbq sauce and disposable plates and silverware for additional fee.  Delivery option available for additional fee. 

When you do not have room for the trailer, or just looking for service for a larger gathering this option is perfect for you. Leave all the work to us, we will deliver your delicious BBQ creations to your location, set up a buffet style dinner for you including chafing dishes and other items as needed. (optional to add single use plates and silverware.) We will set up some décor on the table to make your experience one to remember. We will then stay on site during your dinner to ensure everything runs smooth and clean up the buffet when your guests are done with their meal. 

 *Additional fee will be charged if greater than 20 miles from Sherwood.  

Are you looking for the wow factor?  This option is for you.  We will roll in with the food trailer and make this event something to remember.  Have your guests watch us smoke and prepare your custom BBQ creations right from the trailer.  You will have two options with this selection. 

1. Have your guests choose from your preselected menu and place their order right at the window. 

2. Just like full service, leave all the work to us, we will deliver your delicious BBQ creations to your location, set up a buffet style dinner for you including chafing pans, and other items as needed (optional to add to pricing single use plates and silverware). We will set up some décor on the table to make your experience one to remember. We will then stay on site during your dinner to ensure everything runs smooth and clean up the buffet when your guests are done with their meal.
